SHIPPING

We will only ship to the UK. Our shipping costs are £3.00 which are added to the cost of your item at the checkout. 

If you need to return your product, please mail it to: 80 Ashchurch Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 8BX with your details and reason for returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service when returning items as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
