Returns 

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable. 

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know as soon as possible (and within 14 days of receiving your item), via the Contact Page at anniebeasbeekeeping.com . Our Returns Policy gives you  28 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds  

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please let us know through our contact page. 

Sale items - We do not offer refunds for sale items unless they are faulty.


Exchange:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please let us know through the contact page and follow the shipping advice below to return your item. 


Shipping

We will only ship to the UK and our shipping costs are £3.00 which are added to the cost of your item at the checkout. 


If you need to return your product, please mail it to: 80 Ashchurch Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 8BX with your details and reason for returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. 


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service when returning items as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


Cancellation of an order

If you haven’t submitted an order that you want to cancel, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket.

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can through our Contact Page at anniebeasbeekeeping.com. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. Where this is the case you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel and then return the item to us within 14 days from the time you have informed us of your wish to cancel. We will refund you within 14 days of our receiving the goods, using the debit, credit or other payment method by which you made your purchase. You will receive a full refund for the item, if eligible, but are responsible for paying the shipping costs. If the item you received was damaged or faulty we will refund the return shipping costs up to the amount of standard delivery.
