About these Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions in relation to the online use of Annie Beas Beekeeping store and terms to be applied between you and this company. These terms and conditions may change at any time and it is up to you to check regularly before making any purchases to see whether there have been any updates.

Annie Bea’s Beekeeping operates through the website anniebeasbeekeeping.com as a Sole Trader. The registered address is 80 Ashchurch Road, Gloucestershire GL20 8BX

Our Agreement with you

The terms and conditions laid out here apply between you and Annie Bea’s Beekeeping when you buy a product or service through this website. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

You undertake that any purchases made from anniebeasbeekeeping.com are for your private and domestic use only and that they will not be offered for resale.

You must be eighteen years or over to use this website. If you are under eighteen years of age you must have the agreement of and be supervised by a parent or guardian.

We are committed to crime prevention and we will trace, track and supply details to legitimate crime prevention and prosecuting agencies of anyone engaging in such criminal activity through purchasing items from our website. We will immediately terminate our agreement with you, including access to the site, without notice and suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:-

you fail to provide, when asked to do so, within a reasonable time frame, any information we might need to confirm the legitimacy and accuracy of information pertaining to your identity supplied by you

Your responsibilities if you breach these Conditions

You agree that should you breach these terms and conditions, or any liabilities that are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be fully responsible for all expenses and costs incurred by Annie Bea’s Beekeeping staff, suppliers and agents. You will be liable if someone else uses your account with us and/or your personal information unless you are able to prove that this use was fraudulent.

Ordering

For the purposes of ordering, you will supply and agree that all information you give us is accurate and complete.

All orders are dependent on product availability and issued on a first-come-first-served basis. Your order is subject to acceptance by us.

Despatch periods for products are listed, if we do not have enough stock to supply your order within the despatch period we will contact you to offer you an alternative product, a voucher or a refund.

Prices listed on anniebeasbeekeeping.com are accurate at the time of entering the information. All prices include VAT. You will pay the price that is listed on our website at the time of ordering.

We will confirm acceptance of your order via email to the email address you supplied, detailing the products or services you have ordered and the overall cost to include VAT. You are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the confirmation email are correct and you will inform us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. Once payment is taken a contract will exist between you and anniebeasbeeking.com

Price and Delivery

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. If it subsequently transpires that VAT is not due on your transaction, we reserve the right to retain the VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

An approximate delivery period will be stated at the point of ordering. We will post orders individually if you are ordering more than one item, as they become available.

Should your purchases be damaged in any way on receipt you must notify us within 14 days and we will provide you with a refund or a replacement according to our returns and refund policy

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment

anniebeeasbeekeeping.com accepts Pay pal, Mastercard, Visa and Solo Credit cards and Switch Debit cards.

The value of your order will be debited from your debit or credit card at the time of ordering.

There are no surcharges when paying with a credit or debit card.

We will take all reasonable care to keep information given to us by our customers secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may incur if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data, including credit card and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from our website unless this is solely due to negligence caused by Annie Bees Beekeeping.

All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks & authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Safety Measures

Whilst joining in on some of our beekeeping events, there may be an element of personal risk involved. Some events will require a disclaimer to be signed on the day. Please take care to review all the details. Be aware that some private policies might not cover some of the activities regarding the experience being offered. Please check any details well in advance with the Operator and an insurer. Operators will normally ask participants to follow detailed safety measures. Listen carefully and adhere to the rules when asked to do something – it is for the benefit of a participant’s wellbeing.

If you receive goods that do not match the order form you completed, or goods which are damaged, defective or are different to that which you ordered on your form, we will make good any shortage, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question. We have done everything possible to ensure that the images of our goods are accurate There will inevitably be some discrepancies due to reasons beyond our control such as internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we will not be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.

We will not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from anniebeasbeekeeping.com

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Annie Bea’s Beekeeping, whose registered office is at Ashchurch Road, Tewkesbury.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Annie Bea’s Beekeeping and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition but purchases are required as this is a review-based giveaway, previous purchases are included, this includes any experiences, talks, services or products that we offer.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http://anniebeasbeekeeping.co.uk State which social media platforms you are running the competition on.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7. Closing date for entry will be Midnight on the 31st March 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be chosen at random by the promoter

14. The winner will be notified via social media messenger and via social media post within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Annie Webb. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or be delivered to.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Annie Bea’s Beekeeping shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Annie Bees Beekeeping also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
